After starting my career in sleep through working with young children and babies, I developed a fascination with sleep. I decided to continue my studies to help adults and teenagers too. I studied Adult Sleep with the International Parenting and Health Institute to expand my knowledge. With this qualification I am able to:

-Identify possible sleep disorders

-Help those who find falling asleep a challenge

-Manage extended night awakenings

-Relieve anxiety around sleep

-Improve daytime fatigue

-Support those who want to come away from sleep medication

To help my patients who experience chronic insomnia, I use CBT-i. (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia.)

This method can also be very effective for those looking to move away from medication.
